This is our new activity–Walking Meditation.

Walking meditation is a kind of relaxing way. Find a quiet place where you feel safe and relieve all your worries and pressure, just pay attention on your breath, your skin and your body. Then walking in a comfortable way. During the whole process, leaving the pressure behind and follow your heart. Finally, your mind as well as your body both feel relieved.

This is one part of our activity—Trust. There are 2 people in one group. The one close eyes, the other lead her or his way. This activity has the magic that strengthen the closeness of our colleagues. Very interesting.
